Our process, step by step
01 Initial call
We start with a conversation about your programme, your priorities and where you need support. We’ll introduce our capabilities, answer your initial questions and explore how we could contribute. Initial calls can typically be arranged within the week.
02 Agreements
Once you’re ready to move forward, we put the necessary agreements in place, typically an NDA and/or MSA. We keep this process simple and work at your pace, so we can move into the project planning stage quickly.
03 Defining the project
This is where we get into the detail. We talk through what you need to learn, your timelines and the optimum outcomes of your study. This gives us a clear picture of the project and helps us shape the right approach.
04 A clear timeline
We develop a bespoke project plan based on your requirements, covering the proposed approach, outputs, timelines and costs. You’ll receive a detailed plan and quote, typically within a week.
05 Finalising the programme
We will carry out the agreed work and keep you informed throughout. You’ll have clear points of contact, regular updates and direct access to the scientific team as the project progresses.
